Applications and Usages

Palladium acetate is a widely used palladium compound. In addition to being an important raw material for palladium plating bath and gas sensitive materials and raw materials for the synthesis of other palladium compounds, palladium acetate is mainly used as a catalyst which plays a key role in the synthesis of drugs or pharmaceutical intermediates. It is mainly used in olefin aromatization reaction, cross coupling reaction and Suzuki coupling reaction. At the same time, it can also be applied to carbonylation of alkenes and the oxidation of alkenes with 2-alcohols to ketones. It is widely used in cyclohexanone, adipic acid and caprolactam industry, and also in the field of nonlinear optical material synthesis.
