Physicochemical Properties

13x-hp molecular sieve is specially developed for the production of oxygen on site under the condition of overpressure PSA process. In this process, hp-pso2 molecular sieve can selectively adsorb nitrogen to produce oxygen.

Principle of molecular sieve oxygen production: PSA oxygen production by molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption takes ambient air as raw material. Under the condition of normal temperature and low pressure, the adsorption capacity of nitrogen (adsorbate) in air increases when molecular sieve is pressurized, and decreases when molecular sieve is depressurized, forming a rapid cycle process of pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption, so that oxygen and nitrogen in air can be separated The carbon dioxide, gaseous acid and other gaseous oxides in the air belong to the substances with strong molecular polarity, and it is difficult to pass through the molecular sieve, so that the purity of oxygen produced can reach more than 90% v / V). Because the principle of medical oxygen generator is based on air, oxygen can be produced only where there is air.
