Product Introduction

Aluminium tin copper AlSnCu alloy sputtering target is produced by melting technology, containing 20% tin and 1% copper, it's normally applied for engine coating. After heat treatment, a reticulated tin structure on a continuous copper-containing aluminum substrate is obtained. Thus, the hardness of the alloy is moderated,and it has high fatigue strength, load-carrying capacity and sliding speed, as well as good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it becomes a good choice for medium speed medium load engine bearings. We also supply nickel sputtering target, which is sputtered together with AlSnCu targets.
