Description:

On the basis of closed cell aluminum foam, the composite surface pinhole sound absorber plate can be made into a high sound absorption material. The surface of this material has no plane, and has many concave convex structures and small cavity structures. It not only absorbs sound through the diffuse reflection of the surface, but also dissipates sound energy through micropores and other structures.

Sound absorbing material, suitable for factories, mines, highways, tunnels, audio and other sound-absorbing materials. It can be used as floor material, wall material, roof material of aircraft, car, train and building, as well as as as furniture and damping plate.

When the porosity is 1% ~ 3%, the sound absorption rate is the highest. The sound absorption rate measured by standing wave method is 40% ~ 80% in the range of 1000Hz to 2000Hz.

Applications and Usages:

Aluminum foam is widely used in aerospace, aviation, high-speed trains, city rail trains, shipbuilding, high speed rail, construction, tunnels and noise barriers along the road. It has the advantages of excellent machining, sawing, cutting, planing, milling, etc., and can be easily processed into various boards, bars, rods and various special-shaped parts. After forming, it can be glued, pressed, brazed and processed with high accuracy. Non toxic, recyclable. It has light weight, high sound absorption, high shock absorption, high impact energy absorption, high electromagnetic shielding performance, excellent heat insulation, high temperature resistance, fire resistance and incombustibility.
