Asymmetric stainless steel membranes

Asymmetric stainless steel membranes comprise of a macroporous substrate and a thin microporous layer (thickness, 20~200m; pore size, 0.1~5 m), achieving a high filtration precision, a low diffusion resistance and an easy backwash.

Highly smooth membrane surface reduces contamination and can be a good supporting material.

Thin-wall stainless steel membranes

Advantages: Light weight, low diffusion resistance, high filtration efficiency, and excellent fouling resistance. Superior to metallic wire meshes and mats in filtration precision. Their high efficiency and long life greatly reduce the operation cost in filtration industry.

(Thickness): 0.2~1 mm，(Pore size): 0.5~10 mm；

(Water flux): 20~100 m3/m2 h bar；(Gas flux): ? - ? m3/m2 h bar.

High surface smoothness helps filter cake removal.

 

Slender stainless steel filters

Diameter down to 5 mm. Extremely high area/volume ratio. Highly efficient for cross-flow filtration. Bendable  to various shape. Bundle-type filters are ideal for various micro-systems.

 
Ceramics/stainless-steel composite membranes

Comprising of a ceramic membrane on stainless-steel substrate. Integrating high filtration precision (~50 nm) and physical strength together. Membrane material: TiO2, Al2O3 and ZrO2 etc. Thickness: 100-200 mm. Can be ideal supporting materials for catalysts, sensors and radar, etc.
