• This equipment is suitable for auto ultrasonic welding of pouch cell EV- Battery stacking /winding cell, with functions such as short circuit test of cell before/after welding, auto feeding & tab welding, cutting tab after welding, bending tab, press burr on the welding surface, taping on welding surface and auto sorting OK/NG products. Mature function performance, modular design, according to user demand flexible configuration

Technical Feature
• Flexible butt joint of the incoming material mode of the cell before welding (belt pulling, material frame, in the front section)
• Incoming materials can be configured with hot pressure test, auto eliminate incoming defective cells.
• Each key procedure can choose the mechanical or CCD mode to position the cell.
• Pre-welding can be configured with sheet or rollmaterial (automatic length cutting), protection sheet automatic welding.
• Pre-welding, the final welding process has cathodeand anode electrode identification and special dust removal function.
• Ultrasonic welding fastness, novirtual welding, novibration powder, do not damage the separator, do not hot insulation glue, do not need to crack foil.CCD can be configured to detect the position
accuracy ofelectrodetab.
• Can be configured according to customer requirements of a variety of welding tapingway (flat taping, l-type taping, z-typetaping).
• All accessories can realize non-stop changematerial.
• After welding, flexible butt joint of the charging mode of the cell (pulling belt, feeding frame, feeding in the back section).
• The control system is flexible, with automatic diagnosis and repair function.
In the production process, the data of eachitemcan be seamlessly connected with MES system.
