Function Description
• This machine is suitable for mass production of automatic liquid injection package for flexible packaging lithium ion batteries. Main functions: automatic feeding of ammunition clip, automatic scanning and input of battery bar code, manual input of batch number of incoming electrolyte, weighing before injection, vacuum static setting, vacuum packaging, weighing after injection, NG sorting, discharging of battery ammunition clip and other functions. This machine adopts glove-type structure, inside is filled with protective gas, the whole machine is put in the common room for use, the front section of the equipment means automatic sealing and docking of the equipment in the previous process.
• The equipment cavity is equipped with automatic detach mechanism, which facilitates the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity.
• The cavity sealing station can be rotated 90 degrees, and the sealing block is facing the operating position to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the sealing block.
• Injection method: ceramic piston injection is adopted to improve injection accuracy and stability and injection speed. It can work continuously for 30 days without cleaning the piston sleeve.
• The heavy rotary bearing title rotary disc, servo control rotary disc transmission speed instead of the original CAM divider transmission, to avoid the equipment in the use of the rotary disc deformation cavity can not maintain pressure can not meet the technical requirements.
• Model change time ≤30 minutes, 1 operator (remove the replacement electrolyte time, replacement personnel should be proficient in equipment operation).
Equipment operator: 1 person can operate 3 sets of equipment at the same time (including product visual inspection).
