Function Description
• This equipment is used for degas & vacuum sealing, sizing for pouch cell, including automatic feeding, tray for vehicle loading, the whole box of feeding material box, is expected to pull, the cartridge box feeding, etc according to the need to select the battery into the cavity before positioning the lateral sealing side, puncture & degas& vacuum sealing, removal of air pocket, 2nd accuracy sealing, side voltage test, fine cut left & right edge, folding (single flanged or double flanged according to need to choose), dispensing (according to the need to select), hot edge shape, thickness of batteries testing, (according to the need to select), sweep the yard, weighing, NG, sorting, automatic discharging (tray vehicle blanking, pull down material, packs materialcollecting, Blister tray as required).
• Mechanical hand to seal the cavity, after the completion of feeding automatic cavity, puncture, degas, packaging.
• Pre-cutting air bag function, excision of excess air bag edge, avoid the cross contamination of residual electrolyte on the air bag.
• Battery short circuit test function after packaging, NG material test does not carry out after the process, automatically eliminate the lower material level.
• The air bag edge and side sealing edge are respectively removed after positioning at two stations to ensure the edge cutting accuracy.
• After folding the hot edge to finalize the design, hot edge block has buffer, ensure that the battery is not damaged.
• Trimming precision±0.15mm.
• Before packaging, the battery is repositioned twice to ensure the packaging position accuracy.
• The sealing block is separated from bayonet, and the sealing block is easy to maintain.
• Cutting tool mechanism can be used for 500,000 times without repair and grinding.
• Weighing function after shape forming, weighing data and bar code binding into the computer.
