Function Description
• The equipment is suitable for soft package of liquid packaging batch of lithium ion battery production technology, main functions: automatic feeding, automatic barcode scanning input, electrolyte material batch number manually, liquid injection before weighing, the vacuum filling, Vacuum soaking, vacuum packaging, liquid injection after weighing, NG, sorting, battery discharging cartridge, and other functions. This machine adopts glove-box structure, inside is filled with protective air , the whole machine is put in ordinary room, the front end of the equipment and the equipment before the process of automatic sealing butt.
• The equipment cavity is equipped with automatic detach mechanism, which facilitates the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity.

Equipment operator: 1 person can operate 3 sets of equipment at the same time (including product visual inspection).
