Function Description
• This device is used for hot pressing forming of flexible packaging lithium batteries, and then cold pressing shaping.
• Separable air expansion shaft; forklift loading/unloading of material carrier roll.
• Hot pressing temperature:RT -120℃, which is adjustable.
• Compensation can be set. The control precision of a single point in heating template is ±3℃.
• The cold/hot pressing temperature and pressure maintaining time can be preset. Abnormal temperature alarm is included.
• Programmable logic controller is adopted to achieve auto control.
• Touch screen man-machine dialogue is equipped for convenient setting and operation.
• Parallelism of the upper and lower template:±0.02mm. Triple carbonless copy paper can be used. When 1T pressure and usage temperature are set, evenly print can be pressed.
• Hot pressing template is made of copper, which greatly improves the speed of heat transfer and temperature uniformity of different positions in a hot pressing template.
• Mylar circulating feeding and collecting material, stable material feeding and collecting, less time of manual handling.
Material is fed by a Mylar air expansion shaft. The speed of winding is adjustable. The air expansion shaft is separable, which is convenient for loading Mylar.
