Function Description
• This device is used for vacuum production after the electrolyte filling of lithium battery and standing, and then for hot pressing sealing.
• Sealing temperature, time, pressure, and vacuum degree can be preset according to the requirements of packaging technology. Abnormal temperature alarm is included.
• Controlled by an independent electric box. The electric box is separated from the main body, which does not take up space in the glove box so as to improve the life of electric elements.
• There are protective baffles around the cavity, and there are light curtain in the direction of coating so as to ensure the safety of operators.
• Battery bags are sealed in a tilting way upwards so as to prevent the pour-out of electrolyte that does not been absorbed by electrode sheets.
• The upper head can swing automatically to ensure the parallel of the upper and the lower head, thus ensuring the thickness uniformity of sealing.
• PLC is adopted to achieve auto control. Configuration is revealed in text, which provides convenience for setting and operation.
