Function Description
• This device is designed for the vacuum standing of batteries after electrolyte filling so as to finish the penetration of electrolyte.
• When the start button pressed, the cavity will close automatically, pump vacuum, maintain pressure, relieve vacuum, and then the cavity will open.
• Vacuum-pumping delay time, standing time and cycling times can be preset.
• There are light curtains in the operative surface to protect the safety of operators.
• The machine is controlled by PLC, which can be switched by hand or automatically. Configuration is displayed in text, which is convenient for setting and operation.
• The control box is independent, separated from the main body. The control box does not take up space of the glove box.
• The machine is mainly made of aluminum casting, resistant to electrolyte corrosion. The window in the front of the cavity is made of tempered glass, which makes the inside situation visible.
