Function Description
• The device is used for the fully automatic electrolyte pumping, sealing, pre-cutting air bags, finishing cutting edge, edging (edging at one side), and perm border forming.
• The pressing plate acts individually to the main part of every battery tab. Independent control is adopted so as to prevent thickness difference in battery tabs.
• Straight knife device is equipped so as to avoid electrolyte pollution.
• Battery tabs are sealed by independent head.
• Every knife has a long service life.
• There is automatic monitor for production details in the whole line.
