Function Description
• After putting the battery in the fixture by hand and finishing positioning, press the start button, the servo mechanism will move with the first folding rollers to automatically finish the first fold of sealing side. Remove battery by hand, put the battery into the fixture again after finishing the first edge heating and shaping, the servo mechanism will move with the second folding rollers to finish the second fold of sealing side.
• There is battery positioning mechanism in the coating location and the positioning width can be adjusted so as to ensure that batteries are in the same position in the fixture.
• There is auto edge-cutting mechanism. Edge-cutting width can be adjusted precisely.
• Precision mirror polishing roller group is equipped to finish single or double edge folding.
• Edge-heating and forming module whose temperature, pressure and time are adjustable is equipped to ensure the uniformity of battery total width.
• High production efficiency. Finishing one cycle of action only needs 5 seconds (2s for edge-heating included)
• The height of the fixture is adjustable. Adjustment is only needed to produce batteries of different thickness.
• The fixture is opened by a trigger. Material filling and collecting are in the same position, which makes it convenient for operation.
• Edge-cutting mechanism, edge-folding roller mechanism and edge heating mechanism are all in a big baseboard. There is a liner guide way and a lead screw so quick adjustment can be achieved when changing battery width.
• Fixed round cutting knife structure is adopted. If the knife dulls, rotating the knife to another angle, then it can use again. The knife can be used over 1 million times without repairing.
